We do not know how to pose—is that okay?我哋唔識擺姿勢都可以嗎？
Absolutely. Your photographer guides posture, hands, eye lines and movement while leaving space for genuine reactions.當然可以。攝影師會全程指導姿勢、手部動作、視線同走位，同時保留空間俾自然互動發生。
Should we choose Classic or Signature?應該揀 Classic 定 Signature？
Classic suits a focused story, smaller group or one main look. Choose Signature for a larger group, more combinations, outfit changes or a more relaxed pace.Classic 適合簡潔故事、小組或一個主要造型；大家庭、較多人物組合、需要換衫或想拍攝節奏更鬆動，建議 Signature。
What is included in both packages?兩個套餐都包括啲乜？
Both include the private studio, professional lighting, posing direction, basic colour, skin and body retouching, seven-day delivery and a 12-month online gallery.兩個套餐同樣包括私密影樓、專業燈光、姿勢引導、全輯基本色調、皮膚及身形修飾、7 日內交付及 12 個月網上相簿。
Can children or pets join the session?小朋友或者寵物可以一齊影嗎？
Yes. Please mention the number of children and the pet type in your booking form so we can prepare the studio.可以。請喺預約表格註明小朋友人數及寵物種類，等我哋可以預先安排影樓。
Are makeup and outfits included?套餐包括化妝同服裝嗎？
Makeup and wardrobe are not included. You bring your own outfits; each service page includes simple styling guidance.套餐不包括化妝及服裝，客人需要自備造型；各個服務頁都有簡單服裝準備建議。
Can we reschedule after paying the deposit?落咗訂之後可以改期嗎？
Yes. Rescheduling is free when you let us know 7 days or more before your session. Within 7 days it is HK$500, and on the shoot day itself HK$1,000, subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable, and not turning up without notice is treated as a cancellation.可以。拍攝日 7 日或以上之前通知，改期免費；7 日內改期收 HK$500，拍攝當日改期收 HK$1,000，並須視乎檔期供應。訂金不設退還；如未有通知而缺席，會按取消處理。
What if we fall ill before the session?如果拍攝前病咗或者發燒？
If you or your child has COVID-19 or flu symptoms, tell us on or before the day preceding your session and we will move it at no charge. Notice on the shoot day itself carries a HK$500 fee, as the photographer is already set up. Please send a rapid test result or temperature reading along with your message.如你或小朋友出現 COVID-19 或流感症狀，於拍攝日前一日或之前通知，我哋會免費為你安排改期；拍攝當日先通知則收 HK$500，因為攝影師已經出勤準備。通知時請一併提供快速測試結果或體溫記錄。
Will our photographs appear on your Instagram or website?相片會唔會出現喺你哋 IG 或者網站？
We may select a few images for our portfolio and social media. If you would rather keep your photographs to yourselves, let us know before the shoot and take up the Private Session Option (HK$500)—we will then not use any image from your session publicly.我哋可能會揀選部分相片作作品集及社交媒體用途。如果你希望相片只留給自己，可以喺拍攝前選用「不公開選項」（HK$500），我哋就唔會將該次拍攝嘅相片作任何公開用途。
How much retouching is included?修圖會修到幾多？
Every delivered photograph includes colour grading and natural skin and body refining. Targeted edits—enlarging eyes, slimming a particular area—are not included; those are HK$150 per photograph and can be requested when you review your gallery.所有交付相片都包括色調調整，以及自然嘅皮膚同身形修飾。放大眼睛、瘦特定部位等針對性修改並不包括在內；如有需要，可於睇相時提出，每張 HK$150。
